- 2 avocados
- 2-3 limes, juice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- fresh coriander or parsley, chopped
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1/2tsp salt
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Serve with tortilla chips.
