Baked octopus with potatoes - Greek Recipe

  • octopus
  • potatoes
  • whole garlic cloves
  • bay leaves
  • whole peppercorns
  • olive oil
  • water
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Clean the octopus, cut it in big pieces and arrange them in a pan.
Cut the potatoes and put them in between the octopus.
Add  the garlic cloves, the bay leaves and the peppercorns.
Pour olive oil and water.

Put the pan in the oven and lower the temperature to 160C.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours until the octopus is soft.
Leave it aside to cool and enjoy!!!
