- 400gr greek strained yogurt 2%
- 3-4 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
In a food processor, add yogurt and honey and process.
Line a tart form with plastic wrap, big enough to cover the mixture.
Pour over yogurt and honey mixture, spread it and add the blueberries.
Stir the blueberries with a spoon and cover with the wrap.
Put it in the freezer all night.
The next day, remove from freezer, remove the wrap, leave it to thaw for a few minutes and cut it in pieces.
