Mojito sorbet


ingredients
  • 170gr brown sugar
  • 150gr water
  • zest from 8 limes
  • 225ml lime juice
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 100ml black rum
  • 15 spearmint leaves


instructions
Heat the water, the sugar and the zest in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and leave it aside to cool.
Add the juices, the rum and the spearmint.
Stir well and pour the sorbet mixture in a container. Freeze and stir with a fork every 2 hours until well frozen.

Enjoy the mojito sorbet in cold shot glasses!
