- 400gr greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar plus 1 Tbs
- 1/2 cup mandarin juice
- zest from 2-3 mandarins
- 1 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
- 200gr heavy cream
In a bowl combine yogurt and sugar.
Heat gently the juice and the gelatin until it dissolves.
Add the juice to the yogurt mixture along with the zest.
Stir well and put it in the fridge.
Beat the cream with 1Tbs sugar until it forms soft peaks.
Mix together the whipped cream and the yogurt mixture.
Divide the mixture in 5-6 small glasses and put them in the refridgerator for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with a mandarin slice.
