ingredients for 30-35 cookies
- 125gr butter
- 200gr brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200gr all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 250gr milk chocolate chips
- 250gr dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180C.
Remove butter from the fridge and leave it aside to soften.
Put it in a bowl with sugar and egg and beat well.
Add flour, soda, salt and continue beating.
Add chocolate chips and mix well with a spoon.
Line a pan with parchment paper and drop heaping tablespoons of the dough, 3-4 cm apart from each other.
Bake the cookies 10-15 minutes. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes and transfer them in a serving plate gently with a spatula because they are soft. The cookies harden as they cool and become crunchy!
