200gr heavy cream
160gr coconut milk
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs rum
Combine cream, milk, cocoa and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, rum and chocolate in pieces.
Whisk until completely melted.
Place it in the refrigerator until completely chilled.
Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
