- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 Tbs butter
- 2-3 leeks, chopped
- 200gr greek yogurt
- 150gr talagani cheese or halloumi, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 Tbs chives, chopped
- 1 Tbs smoked paprika
Melt butter in a pan and saute the leeks until soft.
In a large bowl mix in yogurt, talagani cheese or halloumi, eggs, chives, smoked paprika and pepper.
Add leeks and combine.
Grease a round 29cm tart form and line it with the puff pastry.
Add the leek-talagani filling and spread it all over.
Using a knife, cut around the tart discarding the extra pastry.
Fold over the sides of the pastry.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for approximately 40 minutes.
