- 300gr broccoli
- 200gr greek yogurt 2%
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 anchovy from can in olive oil
- few basil leaves
- small arabic pita bread
Boil broccoli and drain. Let it cool.
Add all ingredients and boiled brocolli in a food processor and blend.
Cut pita in 4 triangles and roast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve dip on pita bread.
