- 25-30 tsp nutella or chocolate in pieces
- 300gr tahini
- 180gr honey
- 200gr whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
Line a pan with parchment paper and spoon out 25-30 tsp nutella. Freeze them for 30 minutes. If you are using chocolate, just cut it in pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.
The dough will be tight and sticky so, it's better to have a bowl with water next to you, to wet your hands.
Put 1 tbsp of the dough in your hands and press it to flatten.
Place 1 frozen tsp of nutella or a piece of chocolate in the center and knead it like a meatball to secure it.
Line a pan with parchment paper, arrange the cookies and bake them in preheated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes.
