- 500gr beef (rump steak)
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp petimezi (grapemust syrup - grape molasses)
- 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
Cut the beef in pieces and put them in a bowl with some olive oil and pepper.
Heat a non stick pan and saute the beef pieces.
Cook them for 5-7 minutes on all sides.
Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes.
Pour the rest of the ingredients, lower the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve sweet and sour beef with french fries.
