1 onion chopped
1 cup semolina flour
200gr greek yogurt
150gr soft goat cheese
1/2 cup grated parmezan cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Rinse asparagus under cold running water.
Trim the bottom ends of the stalks and cut the rest, except the tips, in 1cm pieces.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Line a square pan with baking paper and pour the batter in the prepared pan.
Garnish with the tips of the asparagus.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40min.
