- 1 kilo vanilla ice cream
- 800gr nutella
- 100gr almonds,chopped
- 100gr hazelnuts,chopped
- 100gr oats
In a large pan, over medium heat, roast almonds, hazelnuts and oats.
Add nutella and mix gently until it melts and combine with other ingredients.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and place in the refrigerator to soften not melt.
Line an ice cream box with plastic wrap and spread one layer of the nutella mixture in the bottom of the box.
Mix the rest nutella mixture with the soften ice cream and add it in the box.
Put the ice cream in the freezer until completely frozen.
Remove the cake from the freezer, turn it over on a plate, cut and serve!
If you don't like to make the cake, combine all the nutella mixture with the soften ice cream, freeze it and serve in balls.
