- 3 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp grape molasses
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 500gr salmon fillet
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine mustard, grape molasses, smoked paprika, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
Cut the salmon fillet in half and place the fillets in a baking pan.
Spread the mustard mixture evenly on the salmon.
Roast salmon for 15-20 minutes.
Serve wih boiled vegetables for a healthy meal.
