- 20 round puff pastry
- 100gr smoked salmon, chopped
- 200gr cream cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped
- chives, chopped
- smoked paprika
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- poppy seeds
In a bowl, add salmon, cheese, pepper, chives and paprika. Mix well with a spoon.
Line a pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 180C.
Put a teaspoon of the salmon mixture in the center of one puff pastry.
Cover the filling with the pastry and press the edges with a fork.
Put all the pies in the pan, brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
If you have leftover filling...eat it with a spoon. It's delicious!!!
