- 500gr spaghetti
- 500gr cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion in slices
- 1 garlic clove, finely cut
- 1 sausage, 150gr in slices
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 4 1/2 cups water (1125ml)
- parmesan cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients, except parmesan, in a large pot.
Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce and simmer 10 minutes until pasta is al dente and water is absorbed. Stir occasionally.
That's it! Your pasta is ready!
Add some parmesan and serve immediately!
