- 180gr butter
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 400gr dark chocolate chips
- 250gr all purpose flour
- 7 eggs
- dusting sugar
Preheat the oven to 250C.
Grease a 25cm round cake pan .
In a heavy saucepan, very low heat, melt the butter with the sugar.
Add the chocolate and whisk until it melts.
Add the flour and the eggs one at a time and mix well until combined.
Pour the mixture in the cake pan and put it in the oven.
Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for exactly 10 minutes.
Take the cake - souffle out of the oven and let it rest in the pan to cool.
Put it in a large cake plate and dust it with powdered sugar.
The heat of the oven will cook the cake outside and the inner side will remain soft as a souffle!
