Dakos is a healthy summer salad from Crete, Greece , very easy to make and you can also eat it for lunch or as a snack.
- 2-3 small whole wheat rusks
- 1 tomato, grated
- 100gr feta cheese, crumbled
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Put the rusks on a plate. Cover them with the tomatoes and feta cheese. Pour plenty of olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
If you like, you can add olives and green bell pepper.
