- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp tomato paste
- 4 tsp ketsup
- 2 slices turkey ham
- 120gr grated cheese
Preheat oven to 180C.
Lay parchment paper in a baking pan.
Arrange the puff pastry, cut it in 4 pieces and prop the edges up.
Spread 1 tsp tomato paste and 1 tsp ketsup in each puff pastry.
Add the eggs and divide the turkey ham and cheese around the eggs.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Baked until the puff pastry becomes golden and the eggs are cooked.
