- lemon juice
- olive oil
- ouzo or wine
Simmer the octopus in a pot, with a small amount of water, a little bit of vinegar and 2-3 bay leaves.
After 45 min check with a fork if it is tender enough. Leave it aside to cool. Drain and cut it in pieces.
Arrange the octopus in a pan and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add chopped garlic, chopped parsley, oregano and pepper.
Enjoy it with ouzo or white wine and a lot of bread!!!
