- 3 Tbs greek yogurt
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 4 tsp horseradish sauce
- 100gr smoked trout, cut in small pieces
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 Tbs cucumber pickles, chopped
- 1-2 radishes thinly sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 5-6 slices whole wheat bread
In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, sour cream and horseradish sauce.
Add smoked trout, eggs, pickles and mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper.
Divide mixture over the bread slices.
Garnish with the radish slices and parsley.
