- 170gr butter
- 200gr brown sugar
- 100gr dark chocolate
- 50gr cacao powder
- 150gr milk
- 170gr all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Add butter, sugar, chocolate, cacao and milk in a metallic bowl.
Add some water in a pot and arrange the metallic bowl with the ingredients on top of the pot (bain marie). Put it over medium heat and when butter and chocolate start to melt, mix well.
Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Mix in flour, eggs, baking powder, soda and salt.
Line a 25x25cm pan with parchment paper and add the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 minutes.
Check with a knife to come out clean.
Leave it in the pan to cool, cut it in pieces and enjoy!
