- 1 apple, grated
- 2-3 Tbsp cranberries
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
In a bowl, whisk with a spoon the apple, cranberries, juice, sugar and cinammon.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread the filling all over the surface.
Roll it all up, keeping it as tight as you can.
Using a knife, slice it into 15 rolls.
Place the mini rolls in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and while they are hot, drizzle with honey.
