- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 80gr flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 60gr milk chocolate
Preheat oven to 180C.
Butter a 15cm diameter baking pan.
In a bowl add olive oil, milk, sugar, egg white, vanilla and whisk with a fork until it thickens.
Add half the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and stir.
Add the rest of the flour with cocoa and stir. The mixture is thick.
Add chocolate in small pieces and mix gently.
Spread the mixture in the pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Enjoy it warm, top with ice cream and two spoons!
Very easy dessert....even for one person...
