Roasted red pepper dip with dried prunes

  • 3 roasted red peppers in a jar
  • 50gr tomato paste
  • 50gr dried prunes, pitted
  • 50gr olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 Tbsp chilly jam
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a few salami slices

Put all the ingredients, except the salami, in the blender and blend until smooth.
Arrange the salami slices in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven, high heat, for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool and you have salami crackers to serve with your dip!

You can use the dip as a pizza sauce or enjoy it with pasta!
