Baked sardines - Greek Recipe

  • 1/2 kilo sardines
  • 4-5 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
Remove heads and entrails from the sardines, rinse and drain them well.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 250C.
Put the sardines in the pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme.

Arrange them in a single layer and bake for 7 minutes at 250C.
The high temperature and short cooking time make fish crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!

Enjoy the sardines with baked carrots with honey!
