ingredients for potatoes
- 1 kilo potatoes
- 5-6 Tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
- fresh rosemary
Peel the potatoes and slice them.
With a small heart shaped cookie cutter cut the pieces.
Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
In a bowl whisk together the olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary.
Marinate the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200C.
Place the potatoes in a baking sheet and bake them for 40 minutes.
Bake the rest of the potatoes the same way and enjoy them, too!!!
ingredients for dip
- 3 red bell pepper
- 120gr feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- fresh dill
Roast the peppers in the oven until turned black.
Let them cool in a plastic food bag.
Remove the skins, seeds and stems.
Put the peppers in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
