800gr strained greek yogurt
200gr brown sugar
3 tsp gelatin powder
200gr whipping cream
10 strawberries for decoration
Beat the yogurt with the sugar until well combined.
Whisk the whipping cream just until it reaches stiff peaks.
Wash the strawberries, cut the leaves off and put them in the blender. Let them blend until smooth.
Pour the blended strawberries in a small saucepan with the gelatin and warm it for 3-4 minutes, until the gelatin dissolves.
Combine all the mixtures and pour the mousse in small glasses. Leave them in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with strawberries and serve cold.
