BRUSCHETTA WITH FIGS AND BLUE CHEESE
- bread slices
- fresh fig slices
- blue cheese
- fresh basil chopped
- olive oil
Brush bread slices with olive oil and crisp them up in the oven at 180C.
Sprinkle one side with basil, arrange two fig slices on top, some crumbled blue cheese and bake until melted.
ROASTED FIGS WITH BACON AND MANOURI
- fresh figs cut in half
- greek manouri cheese or goat cheese in pieces
- bacon slices cut in half lenghtwise
Arrange one piece of manouri or goat cheese on each fig half and wrap it with bacon.
Bake at 180C until crispy.
