- 300gr cream cheese
- 100gr cheddar cheese, grated
- 200gr parmesan cheese, grated
- 100gr bacon slices
- 2-3 Tbsp chives, chopped
- a pinch of salt
- a bunch of parsley leaves. chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp red bell pepper chopped
- piece of lemon peel
Fry bacon, let it cool and chop it.
Stir together cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, bacon, chives, salt and pepper.
Shape half mixture into a cone and cover with parsley to look like a pine tree.
Press bell pepper pieces onto tree for ornaments.
Top with a star shape cut from lemon peel.
With the rest of the cheese mixture make small balls.
Cover with the rest of the parsley and chopped bell pepper.
Serve with crackers.
