- 500gr small flat squares of pasta
- 300-400gr cocktail tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 bunch of parsley chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- greek feta cheese grated
Put the tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir together.
Boil pasta, drain and mix with the raw tomato sauce.
Garnish with grated feta cheese and enjoy a refreshing summer pasta!
