Pasta with Milk and Greek Kefalotyri Cheese


  • 250gr pasta
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 100gr greek Kefalotyri cheese (pecorino or any hard salty cheese)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp parsley chopped


Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

In a skillet melt butter over medium heat and lightly saute garlic.

Add pasta and cheese.

Add milk and stir well.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately!
