- 60gr sugar
- 115gr water
- 135gr gin
- 520gr tonic
- 1-2 Tbsp lime juice
- 100gr cucumber grated
In a saucepan add sugar and water and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool.
Add gin, tonic, lime juice and grated cucumber.
Stir and pour in an ice cream container. Place it in the freezer.
After 2-3 hours scrape with a fork to break the ice.
Repeat this process until granita is frozen.
In the end it looks like crushed ice.
