Easy Pizza Margherita



ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 200gr greek yogurt 2%
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 70gr tomato paste
  • 200gr mozzarella shredded
  • 200gr gouda cheese shredded


instructions

Preheat oven to 220C.
Mix flour, yogurt and 1/2 tsp oregano. Knead until you have a smooth dough.



Divide the ball of dough into 4 pieces. On a floured surface roll out each ball.




Place them in a pan, lined with parchment paper, one next to each other to cover the pan.



Mix tomato paste, ketsup and 1/2 tsp oregano and spread it over pizza base.



Cover with mozzarella and gouda.




Place the pan in the lowest rack and bake for 15-20 minutes.
