Bulgur cheese pie


ingredients
  • 300gr feta cheese, crumbled
  • 60gr hard grated cheese
  • 200gr cottage cheese
  • 200gr greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 125gr bulgur
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • a few leaves of fresh oregano
  • 6 sheets of phyllo pastry
  • 2-3 Tbs sesame seeds
  • olive oil


instructions
Preheat oven at 180C.
In a large bowl mix the first 7 ingredients with a spoon.
Add oregano and mix gently.
Brush with olive oil a 42x30cm pan and layer 3 sheets of phyllo making sure to brush each sheet with oli oil.
Add the cheese mixture in an even layer and press with a spoon to flatten.
Cover with the rest 3 sheets making sure to brush them with olive oil.
Cut the pie in squares without reaching the filling.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake for 45 minutes.
