Lollipop chicken wings from Jamaica
ingredients
1 1/2 kilos chicken wings
5 Tbs olive oil
jamaican spice blend
1Tbs dried thyme
1 tsp allspice, ground
1 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp coriander, ground
1 tsp ginger, ground
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove, ground
2 tsp salt
instructions
In a bowl, mix all the spices together.
Rinse the chicken wings with cold water and drain them with paper towels.
Sprinkle them with the olive oil and the spice blend.
Put the chicken wings in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Line a large pan with baking paper and arrange the wings.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for 40min.

Bulgur with yellow bell pepper and almond
ingredients
1 cup bulgur
1 medium onion finally chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1 yellow bell pepper cut in small pieces
2 Tbs olive oil
2 cups water
salt pepper
parsley
2-3 Tbs roasted almond
instructions
In a pot, heat the olive oil and saute onion, garlic and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Add the bulgur, the water, the salt and the pepper.
Stir and boil it for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and leave it to absorb the rest of the water.
Serve bulgur and garnish with chopped parsley and almonds.
