Thai Sticky Rice with Mango

Sticky rice with mango is a traditional dessert from Thailand made with glutinous rice and served with fresh mango. I made my own easy version with jasmine rice.

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 1 cup thai fragrant jasmine rice
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 5 Tbsp water
  • fresh mango


In a saucepan add all ingredients except mango.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until the rice pudding thickens.
Serve sticky rice warm with fresh mango.
