Lately i've been eating swiss chard very often. They are tender, sweet and very easy to cook with a little bit of olive oil and some water. This recipe has chili peppers and coriander seeds. It's spicy and delicious! 😉
ingredients
- 200gr swiss chard chopped
- 4-5 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1-2 dry chili peppers crushed
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds crushed
- salt
- pepper
- 2-3 eggs
instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped swiss chard, garlic, chili peppers and coriander seeds. Season with salt and pepper, add some water and cook until tender.
Make 3 wells and break the eggs. Drizzle with olive oil, cover and cook.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately on a rusk or toasted bread.
