Baby Cereal Cookies

ingredients for 70-75 cookies
  • 200gr infant cereal
  • 70gr whole wheat flour
  • 25gr rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50gr sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60gr butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40gr milk


Preheat oven to 200C.
In a bowl combine infant cereal, whole wheat flour, rolled oats and baking soda.
In another bowl whisk egg and sugar. Mix in melted butter and vanilla. Add to the infant cereal mixture and mix pouring milk gradually.
Knead with your hand to form a ball.

Put the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to 0.5cm thickness. Cut the dough using a cookie cutter. Bake for 7-8 minutes at 200C until cookies are golden at the edges.

Cool on wire racks.
