- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest

- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
- pepper
ingredients for hummus with chili pepper and coriander
- 150gr chickpeas boiled
- 2 small chili peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2 Tbsp yogurt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
instructions
Add ingredients of each hummus in a food processor and process until smooth.
