Hummus 3 ways


ingredients for hummus with harissa
  • 150gr chickpeas boiled
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp harissa
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 cup water

ingredients for hummus with herbs
  • 150gr chickpeas boiled
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper

ingredients for hummus with chili pepper and coriander
  • 150gr chickpeas boiled
  • 2 small chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water


instructions

Add  ingredients of each hummus in a food processor and process until smooth.
