Broccoli Dip with Anchovy and Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

  • 300gr broccoli
  • 200gr greek yogurt 2%
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 anchovy from can in olive oil
  • few basil leaves
  • small arabic pita bread


Boil broccoli and drain. Let it cool.
Add all ingredients and boiled brocolli in a food processor and blend.
Cut pita in 4 triangles and roast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve dip on pita bread.
