At the beginning of September i found myself in Nemea, Peloponesse at the feast of wine. The Great Days of Nemea is a celebration that takes place every year on the first weekend of September. All wineries in the area are open all day for public with many events.
Lately i've been eating swiss chard very often. They are tender, sweet and very easy to cook with a little bit of olive oil and some water. This recipe has chili peppers and coriander seeds. It's spicy and delicious! 😉
These are my favourite Greek Easter Cookies from Smyrna. The recipe comes from Aivali. The grandmother of my friend Athena used to make them.
