- 300-350gr feta cheese crumbled
- 2 Tbsp fresh spearmint chopped
- 8 phyllo dough sheets
- olive oil
- poppy seeds or sesame seeds
In a bowl mix crumbled feta with spearmint and pepper.
Brush one phyllo sheet with olive oil and sprinkle 2-3 Tbsp of the filling.
Fold the edges and roll.
Twist the roll to make a snail. Follow the same procedure with the rest of the phyllo sheets. Place the cheese pies in a pan greased with olive oil and brush them with olive oil, too.
Sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
