Blueberry Salsa

  • 400gr fresh blueberries
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dried chili pepper chopped
  • a pinch of salt


Combine blueberries with the rest of the ingredients. Refridgerate for 1-2 hours.

Serve cold with tortilla chips.
