Strawberry dressing with grapefruit and basil

ingredients

• 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
• 2 cups strawberries
• 1 clove garlic
• 1Tbsp grapefruit zest
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 lemon, juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 1/8 tsp salt
• freshly ground pepper

instructions
In a blender add the first 7 ingredients and mix well. 
While the blender is running add olive oil very slowly until incorporate. 
Put the dressing in a jar. 
Add basil, salt and pepper and mix well. 
Perfect for a green salad!
