ingredients
- 3 roasted red peppers in a jar
- 50gr tomato paste
- 50gr dried prunes, pitted
- 50gr olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 Tbsp chilly jam
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- a few salami slices
instructions
Put all the ingredients, except the salami, in the blender and blend until smooth.
Arrange the salami slices in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven, high heat, for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool and you have salami crackers to serve with your dip!
You can use the dip as a pizza sauce or enjoy it with pasta!
