Homemade Coconut Bars with Blueberries


ingredients for 28-30 bars
  • 270gr desiccated coconut
  • 400gr condensed milk
  • 125gr fresh blueberries
  • 500gr dark chocolate


instructions

In a bowl add coconut and condensed milk.


Mix well with a spoon to form a thick and sticky paste.


Add blueberries and mix gently with your hands.


Transfer the bowl in the refridgerator for 30 minutes. Using your hands make rectangle bars. Refridgerate for 1 hour.


Melt chocolate in a bain-marie. Remove from heat. Using two forks dip each bar in the chocolate and roll until fully covered. Drain well to remove excess chocolate.


Arrange bars in a platter lined with parchment paper.


Refridgerate for a few hours until set and cold.
