ingredients
200gr butter
100gr icing sugar
250gr all purpose flour
1 tsp fleur de sel
2 Tbs pink pepper
instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar.
Add the flour, the salt and the pink pepper.
Mix with a spoon. The dough is very soft.
Roll dough in one 35cm log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Slice the log into 1cm rounds.
Place cookies on baking paper and bake until golden brown, 15 - 20 minutes.
