ingredients for salmon
- 300gr salmon
 - 1 Tbsp olive oil
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 tsp honey
 - 1 Tbsp soya sauce
 - pepper
 - 1 chilli pepper
 
ingredients for brussel sprouts
- 250gr brussel sprouts (i used frozen)
 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
 - 1 tsp oregano
 - juice from 1 lime
 - salt
 - pepper
 
for garnish
- spring onion chopped
 - lime slices
 
instructions
Preheat oven to 200C.
In a bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, honey, soya and pepper. Add salmon, rub with your fingers and let marinade until you prepare brussel sprouts.
In a bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add brussel sprouts and mix well. Transfer to a baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.
Place salmon in the same pan, sprinkle with chilli pepper and continue roasting for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion, lime slices and serve.
