ingredients
- 400gr fresh blueberries
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped
- zest from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dried chili pepper chopped
- a pinch of salt
instructions
Combine blueberries with the rest of the ingredients. Refridgerate for 1-2 hours.
Serve cold with tortilla chips.
